Business Acuity's new mobile phone solutions allow you to identify, track and audit your assets simply and easily with a mobile phone. No more having to use special, expensive, and unwieldy barcode readers.

RFID identification
Simply attach an RFID tag to whatever asset you wish to manage and then touch it with your mobile phone to identify and audit it. The phone can even present options relevant to that type of asset for you to further clarify its current status.
RFID tags come in all shapes and sizes, to suit whatever needs you might have - internal self-adhesive tags, external weather-proof  tags, personal keyfobs, tags for sewing into garments, and many others.
Main features of Business Acuity RFID for asset management include:

• Touch tag with phone to register new asset
• At any time, touch previously registered tag with phone to quickly audit it ("touch & go")
• The phone can display additional options, specific to an asset type, that allow further data entry (e.g. status, condition, etc)

Real-time updates to your back-office
All information is sent from the Business Acuity phone application in real-time to your existing Asset Management application for further processing or analysis. Alternatively, the data collected is also available for viewing and reporting in Business Acuity's own web-based back-office.
